Brief Description:

The Science Museum of Virginia is listed on the National Historic Registry and was originally designed by John Russell Pope as the Broad Street Station in 1913. It became the Science Museum of Virginia in 1970.

Downey & Scott performed cost estimating services at the Science Museum of Virginia for various renovations, including interior upgrades, major life safety systems replacements, and the complete restoration of the historic dome and planetarium.
