Downey & Scott provided construction administration, scheduling, value engineering, cost estimating and cost control services for Greensprings Village Retirement Community, which is situated on a scenic 108-acre campus in Springfield, Virginia.
This project includes a variation of new buildings and renovations to existing buildings. This planned community is made up of 16 apartment buildings, 4 community buildings, an on-site dining facility, a heated indoor pool, a fully equipped fitness center and a new chapel. Total hard construction costs for this project was $265,000,000.
