Downey & Scott Awarded Thaiss Park Redevelopment Project!
We are pleased to share that we have been awarded the Thaiss Park Redevelopment project. This initiative will involve converting five existing ball fields into three, reconfiguration of parking, and constructing a new air-conditioned concessions building that includes meeting spaces, restrooms, and a warming kitchen for year-round functionality. The project, with an estimated construction cost of $6.5 million, was designed by Gordon/MTFA/GPI.
