Brief Description:

James Madison University's (JMU) New Grace Street Student Housing has single and double bedroom units with full kitchens and bathrooms.  This student housing facility is located in the Bluestone section of JMU’s Harrisonburg campus and has 507 student beds in an apartment-style configuration. 

The four-story building is fully equipped with wi-fi, cable tv, all utilities, student life spaces, academic classrooms, seminar space, administrative offices, and other support spaces. Downey & Scott provided cost estimating services for this new student housing project.  This facility's total hard construction cost was estimated at $41,598,000, with a total project size of 204,667 GSF.
