Brief Description:

James Madison University's (JMU) New Grace Street Student Housing will have single and double bedroom units with full kitchens and bathrooms.  This student housing facility, will be located in the Bluestone section of JMU’s Harrisonburg campus, will have approximately 507 student beds in an apartment-style configuration. 

The four-story building will be fully equipped with wi-fi, cable tv, all utilities, as well asstudent life spaces, academic classrooms, seminar space, administrative offices, and other support spaces. Downey & Scott provided cost estimating services for this new student housing project.  Total hard construction cost for this facility are currently estimated at $41,598,000 with a total project size of 204,667 GSF.
