Over the years, Downey & Scott has participated in numerous projects at Dulles International Airport, which is a public airport in Dulles, Virginia, 26 miles west of downtown Washington, DC. The airport serves the Washington-Baltimore-Northern Virginia metropolitan area centered on the District of Columbia.
The project we have worked on include airside fire & rescue, commissary and food service, warehousing and office space, airplane hangars, main terminal, cargo facilities, runway expansions, midfield terminal, underground people mover, and renovations to the air traffic control. Total hard construction cost varied for these projects and ranged from $373,000 to $75,000,000.
